I lead my clients through the design process so that those first ideas are developed into drawings and plans that will end up as the extension or house of your dreams. And we won’t forget about your budget.

My role is to take your thoughts and questions and organize them by producing an intelligent, well planned architectural design for you to consider and discuss. I will also recommend and suggest appropriate building methods, either traditional or contemporary.

Once we have a design that you are happy with I progress to the next stages:

• Organising the planning permission application and as your architect in Kendal, liase with the planning department for you.
• Organising and designing all the construction details for the building regulations application
• Producing detailed and accurate working drawings for your builder so that he can do the best possible work for you.
